Drive technological solutions as a System Technician with Rogers in Dryden, ON. Engage in the installation, maintenance, and support of cutting-edge telecom services for our valued customers.

Join Rogers’ Field Operations team and play a critical part in constructing and maintaining our outside plant network. This full-time position requires a strong customer focus, technical skills, and the ability to work outdoors year-round. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing coaxial and fiber networks, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install Rogers Xfinity products including Internet and TV

• Provide in-home support and education on services

• Diagnose and repair outside network components

• Operate essential test equipment for network maintenance

• Maintain accurate records for work orders

Requirements:

• Valid full class-5 driver’s license

• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions

• Strong technical acumen and customer focus

• Ability to work shifts including on-call duties

• Physically capable of heavy lifting and working at heights
