Every day brings something new as you help homeowners improve the comfort, beauty, and energy efficiency of their homes. • Install windows and doors according to company standards
• Clean up worksites from debris and materials
• Help set up ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment
• Handle, load, unload, and transport windows, doors, and installation materials
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Ensure installations are completed professionally and efficiently
• Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols
• Assist with measuring, finishing, and final quality inspections

• Experience in construction or window and door installation is an asset (training available for the right candidate)
• Out-of-town work and travel may be required
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Valid driver's licence is preferred
• Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
