Position: Lead Hand for Mobile Maintenance Team
Location: Red Lake

Step into leadership with Evolution Mining as a Lead Hand in Mobile Maintenance at our Red Lake facility. Focus on enhancing safety and operational efficiency in a team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will oversee the Mobile Equipment Maintenance Crew, ensuring tasks are performed safely and efficiently. This challenging position offers a 14/14 (12-hour day) roster, with the option for FIFO/DIDO for qualified candidates. Residential candidates are encouraged, with relocation support available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and inspire the Mobile Equipment Maintenance team

• Manage execution of preventative maintenance tasks

• Conduct regular safety inspections and job observations

• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards

• Evaluate work performed by outside contractors

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education and HD Mechanic Journeyperson certification

• Valid Class G driver’s license

• 5+ years in relevant underground/industrial settings

• Deep understanding of mine safety regulations

• Strong prioritization and leadership skills
