Location: Fort Frances
Advance your career as a Skilled Labourer with travel obligations for our General Contractor. Work on vital projects while gaining experience in diverse carpentry tasks.
We are in search of experienced Carpenters/Skilled Labourers for our General Contractor's projects, focusing on government institutions like hospitals and penitentiaries. You’ll take direction from site leaders and engage in projects that require both foundational and finishing work. This role opens doors for advancement, allowing you to move into positions such as Foreman.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute duties as directed by Site Superintendent
• Contribute to foundational and finishing construction tasks
• Work with materials like Gypsum Wall Board and framing
• Travel to various project sites, including accommodation provision
• Address general carpentry tasks and project requirements
Requirements:
• A valid G driver’s licence is mandatory
• Capability to secure necessary security clearances
• Working at Heights, CPR, and ACM Awareness are assets
• Must demonstrate reliability and punctuality
• Willingness to engage in varying task scopes
