West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd. is seeking experienced Remote Scoop Operators (Miner
3) to join their underground mining team at the Madsen Gold Mine in Red Lake, Ontario. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a 14/14 rotation, operating Load-Haul-Dump (LHD) equipment in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, physically fit, and committed to operational excellence in underground mining.

• Minimum 3 years of underground hard rock mining experience, preferably as a Scoop Operator
• Knowledge of underground mining methods, ground control practices, and mine safety procedures
• Strong commitment to safety standards and operational excellence
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding work in underground mining conditions
• Willingness to complete a criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug and alcohol test
• Underground Common Core Modules considered an asset

• Experience specifically in a Scoop Operator position
