Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose heavy-duty equipment efficiently

• Document all actions taken in work orders accurately

• Use hand tools, power tools, and computer systems

• Road test equipment and assess attachment operations

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements:

• Certification as a Journeyperson in Heavy Duty Equipment

• Previous mechanical experience in a heavy equipment setting

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Strong customer service commitment

• Capable of meeting physical demands and safety standards
