About the Accounting & Finance Internship:
Gain hands‑on experience in operations finance through financial analysis, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration while strengthening your Excel, Tableau, and analytical skills.
Program Structure:
Schedule:
Part‑time (15‑20 hours/week) during the academic year and full‑time (40 hours/week) during the summer.

Year‑round internship
- Enrollment in a four‑year degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software:
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to succeed in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Accounting or Finance major with multiple related courses completed toward major.
- Strong attention to details, accuracy, and reliability.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Oracle experience.
- Develop an understanding of accounting and operations finance processes.
- Support financial analysis, monthly reporting, and business performance initiatives.
- Assist with cost variance analysis and other operations finance projects.
- Support fixed asset capitalization and disposal activities.
- Document processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
