A 75+ year old service company is looking for a new Staff Accountant to join their tight-knit team. This would be an on-site position, but would have a lot of flexibility. They really push 40 hour work weeks!
Job Duties:- Partner with President and Owner on month/year end close procedures
- Review requests for prepaid debit cards
- Bank recons
- Prepare cash balance sheet
- Prepare monthly journal entries
- 1+ years of accounting experience
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem solving and process improvement mindset
- Desire to learn and take on new responsibilities
