Contract Property Administrator

Kenosha Area

3-Month Contract

$24.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a Contract Property Administrator for a 3-month assignment in the Kenosha area. This role supports Property Management in ensuring properties are well-managed, well-maintained, and operating in alignment with ownership objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional tenant/customer service by responding promptly to requests and generating vendor work orders.

* Assist with implementation of property management plans and preventative maintenance programs.

* Develop scopes of work and obtain contractor bids for repairs and maintenance.

* Support preparation of monthly and annual reports, as well as transaction-related documentation.

* Maintain lease renewal schedules, tenant data, and work order logs.

* Participate in rent collection efforts and manage delinquent accounts.

* Maintain accurate lease files, tenant records, and property documentation.

* Partner with accounting on accounts payable, receivables, and vendor issue resolution.

Qualifications:

* Previous commercial property management experience required.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

* Experience with Yardi, MRI, or App Folio accounting software.

* Working knowledge of contracts and lease agreements.

* Understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
