The Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a mission-driven environment and has strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
Title:Administrative & Finance Assistant
- Hours:
29 hours per week - Schedule:
Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with occasional evening and weekend hours required for special events throughout the year - Starting Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
- Location:
Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and electronic and paper filing systems while ensuring confidentiality of organizational information.
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of organizational information.
- Provide administrative support for fundraising events, special projects, and community outreach activities.
- Assist with administrative and financial support functions, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and documentation.
- Order, inventory, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist leadership and staff with administrative tasks and day-to-day office operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission and operations of the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative, office, bookkeeping or clerical experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize new software applications and technology platforms.
- Comfortable working with organizational software, electronic document systems, and databases.
- Quick Books experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
