Job Position
Responsibilities:
Maintain direct contact with supervisor/Managers for all work order requirements
Respond to written correspondence by email and other tools
Check documentation (BOL's, Packing slip's) against inbound deliveries to ensure items and quantities are correct.
Process items into the system and prepare documentation for put-away team to move product to final locations.
Timely manage all activity related to specific client accounts assigned
Communicate any shipment discrepancies to customer service, and supervisor
Help with handwork when needed
Help other admins if needed.
Qualifications:
Proficient computer skills
Possess some knowledge in Microsoft Tools
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, with accuracy and confidentiality
Must be able to pay attention to detail
Be able to function effectively in a team and fast-paced environment
Ability to lift 50lbs without assistance
Bilingual (not required) but a plus
Monday - Friday 5:30am - 2:00pm
$17.00 an hour
