Boucher is hiring a qualified person to greet our guests as part of our cashier/receptionist team at our Imports Dealership!
Part-time night hours available,3:30-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-5pm Saturday
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Review work orders for accuracy
- Close repair orders and parts counter tickets
- Cash handling and receipt payments, including credit card transactions
- Verify totals of sales deposits, counter tickets, and repair orders
- Route all incoming phone calls
Applicant must:
- Be familiar with Excel
- Be able to handle multiple tasks
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Be an enthusiastic team player
- Be self-motivated
