Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Kenosha, WI. Responsibilities include identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, creating and implementing strategies for business growth, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves representing the company at networking events, promoting services to expand market presence, and collaborating with teams to meet revenue goals. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends to develop sales strategies that align with business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing, with skills in relationship management and client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficient in time management, organizational skills, and handling multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a high‑paced environment, with a goal‑oriented mindset.
  • Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field strongly preferred.
