The following describes the experience desired and skills required for resources involved:

• Candidates should ideally have a bachelors degree or equivalent, in an appropriate Engineering discipline
• 15 plus years of relevant experience, in pharmaceutical sector preferred
• Fully conversant with forms of contract, competent in financial and contractual matters
• Understand and be able to apply resourcing and cost to schedule activities
• Must be pro-active, adaptable, and able to motivate team members
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must be a self-starter and possess leadership qualities
• Able to set priorities and meeting critical time deadlines
• Able to interface with both clients and other inter-office discipline at a senior level
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, construction sequencing and logistics
• Strong command of written and spoken English

Experience working in Owner organizations or as an Owners Representative.

Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing or manufacturing of medical devices or related industries.

Experience with very large capital program organizations.
