Overview
Regulatory Specialist – Packaging / Converting —
Location:
Menasha, WI area | Hybrid | Type:
Contract / Temporary with potential for longer-term consideration.
- Prepare regulatory documents, customer response letters, technical files, and supporting documentation related to product data, compliance statements, surveys, questionnaires, FDA compliance, Prop 65, and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal plant teams to gather documentation, track outstanding items, and ensure information is complete and accurate.
- Maintain strong attention to detail, follow-through, organization, and the ability to professionally chase information when needed to support regulatory processes.
- Strong skills in Excel, Microsoft Office, communication, and documentation.
- Teachable, organized, persistent, and comfortable working in a changing environment.
- Preferred:
Candidates within driving distance of Menasha, Appleton, Green Bay, or surrounding area. - Experience in regulatory documentation related to product data, compliance statements, surveys, and regulatory inquiries is desirable.
