Product Manager

LHH is recruiting for a Product Manager role for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a product professional who enjoys bringing new products to market, collaborating across multiple departments, and driving business growth through innovative solutions. Location:

Onsite in Kenosha, WI area (relocation not available)

Compensation: $65K-$85K based on experience + benefits. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include collaborative work environment, medical, dental, and more, 401k plan, PTO, and other perks.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or similar.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven success managing products from concept through commercialization.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
• Understanding of various purchasing environments including e-commerce, retail, distribution, etc.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and written skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into action.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
