This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Commercial Roofer to spearhead this division’s growth on unique roofing projects in Southern Wisconsin. You’ll play a key role in project execution, quality assurance, team coordination, and client satisfaction while working with an established contractor known for quality, safety, and long-term relationships.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all projects meet manufacturer requirements, safety standards, and contractual obligations.

• Lead and oversee regional commercial roofing and sheet metal operations
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality and compliance
