We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The role is integral to the successful planning, design, and execution of construction projects across municipal, healthcare, and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the project—from initial planning to completion—ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality standards while liaising with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the project team.
Responsibilities- Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, managing development from initiation to closure.
- Work with stakeholders to establish project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and manage resources.
- Manage budget allocation and ensure projects are delivered within the agreed budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
- Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, inspections, and regulations are met.
- Implement project communication plans and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or delays during the construction process.
- Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
- Optimize and improve processes and overall approach where necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a construction project management role.
- Proven experience managing municipal, healthcare, and commercial construction projects.
- Prior self‑perform construction experience in trades such as carpentry and concrete is a plus.
- Prior design‑build experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
- Excellent project management skills including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build strong teams.
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Understanding of construction laws and regulations.
$100,000 - $130,000 per year
