Our client is seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the successful planning, design, and execution of construction projects across municipal, healthcare, and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the project, from initial planning to completion, ensuring on‑time delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with all quality and safety standards.

The candidate will liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, manage the project team, and ensure all safety regulations are met.

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, managing development from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and manage project resources.
• Manage budget allocation and ensure projects are delivered within the agreed budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, inspections, and local/state regulations are met.
• Implement project communication plan and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or delays that occur during construction.
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
• Optimize and improve processes and overall approach where necessary.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction project management role.
• Proven experience managing municipal, healthcare, and commercial construction projects.
• Prior self‑perform construction experience for trades such as carpentry and concrete (a plus).
• Prior design‑build experience (a plus).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Excellent project management skills including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and build strong teams.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Understanding of construction laws and regulations.
