Horizon Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a driven, field-tested Site Development Field Superintendent to take ownership of the most critical early phase of our multifamily construction projects. This newly created opportunity is for a leader who thrives in the field, keeps work moving, and sets a project up for success from day one.

• Lead site development activities during the first 6 to 12 weeks of a project, from mobilization through rough grading, underground utility installation, and readiness for vertical construction.
• Coordinate early‑phase sitework including mobilization, erosion control, access, grading, and underground infrastructure.
• Coordinate installation of storm, sanitary, domestic water, fire service, and dry utilities.
• Manage survey, layout verification, inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Drive short‑interval planning and keep civil activities on track with a 2 to 4 week look‑ahead mindset.
• Identify and solve field issues before they affect cost, quality, or vertical start dates.
• Enforce high safety standards for trenching, equipment operations, and daily site coordination.
• Partner with project teams, subcontractors, utility providers, and inspectors to maintain momentum and accountability.
• Support a smooth turnover from sitework to foundations and vertical construction.
