Job Title

Responsibilities

• Participate in business development activities including client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
• Assist with preconstruction planning and project setup.
• Support Project Managers in overseeing the construction process.
• Assist with project cost control and budget management.
• Coordinate communication between clients, architects, landlords, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Assist with project scheduling and progress tracking.
• Review construction drawings and specifications.
• Utilize construction management platforms to support project execution.
• Support successful project delivery while maintaining quality and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a Project Engineer with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience with commercial interior tenant improvement and/or ground-up construction projects.
• Familiarity with modern construction processes and technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with email, project scheduling, drawing review, and construction management software such as Plan Grid.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for commercial construction and project execution.
