Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Racine, WI, responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project schedules, managing budgets, and contracting with subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and under budget. The Project Manager will execute subcontracts, conduct meetings, maintain compliance with company standards, and resolve issues that arise during construction.

This position also includes regular communication with clients, design professionals, and internal teams to provide updates, manage expectations, and support successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, scheduling, construction coordination, and problem solving.
  • Candidates should possess strong communications skills, attention to detail, and a desire to serve project team members.
  • Experience in commercial construction with knowledge of contract documents, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Strong negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with project management software, construction documentation tools, and micro soft office applications.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
