Lead high-impact creative initiatives for one of North America’s leading brands. Position Responsibilities- Conceptualize and design high-quality creative across print and digital channels, including catalogs, direct mail, digital marketing and internal communications.
- Lead creative projects from concept through completion, balancing strong design with business goals, timelines and brand standards.
- Partner with teams across Uline to develop creative solutions that communicate ideas clearly and make an impact.
- Collaborate with our on-site photo studio team to bring creative concepts to life through compelling imagery.
- Mentor junior designers and interns, sharing knowledge and helping elevate the quality of the team's work.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 7+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong print and digital design principles in a B2B-related setting.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MacOS.
- Strong design, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
