Ameri Cash Loans is hiring an entry-level Customer Service Representative to be the first friendly face our customers see when they walk through our doors. If you're outgoing, detail-oriented, and looking for a role where hard work is actually rewarded, we want to meet you.

Ameri Cash Loans is a consumer lending company serving customers across Wisconsin, Missouri, and South Carolina. We help everyday people get access to the credit they need, with a focus on fast, respectful, in-person service. As we grow, we're looking for people who want to grow with us.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers in our branch, processing loan applications from start to finish. You'll be the person who makes a sometimes-stressful process feel simple and human, walking customers through the process, answering questions, and making sure every visit is a good one. This is a hands-on, people-facing role with real room to advance.

• Greet customers and guide them through the loan application process in person
• Collect, review, and process required documentation accurately
• Explain loan terms and answer customer questions clearly and honestly
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Maintain customer files and follow all compliance procedures
• Build relationships that keep customers coming back

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfort with basic computer use and data entry
• Ability to accurately handle cash and financial transactions
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Preferred (not required):

• Prior customer service, retail, or cash-handling experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
