Forward Dental – Kenosha, is a Heartland Dental supported office that serves the local community. With support of a practice manager and a highly trained team on site, coupled with a vast network of experts across the nation, you’ll be completely integrated with the resources and support of Heartland Dental.
- Join a 18 person team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community
- Utilize state‑of‑the‑art tools, including an iTero Scanner, Wave One Gold, and Videa Health AI, to provide advanced and efficient care for your patients.
- DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in the state of Wisconsin
- Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients
- Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
- The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job‑related functions; regular HIPAA training will be required, and the individual must protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year
- A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions and must be completed prior to starting employment.
