Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Elementary Special Education Teachers for school-based opportunities in the Kenosha, WI area . • Wisconsin DPI Cross Categorical Special Education License (Cross Cat)

• Eligible to apply for and obtain a Wisconsin DPI Cross Categorical Special Education License

• Provide direct instruction to elementary students receiving special education services
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district special education requirements
• Support academic, social-emotional, and behavioral development
• Utilize evidence-based instructional practices and behavioral supports
• Track student progress and prepare required documentation
