Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement is seeking an intern for a full-time paid internship in Wisconsin. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment by supporting performance improvement initiatives and engaging with frontline teams. This internship is designed for students pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields and requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
