Controls Engineer

Must-Haves:

• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
• Strong understanding of HVAC hardware (AHU, RTU, VAV, chillers, cooling towers, etc.)
• Experience reviewing and editing engineering drawings and sequences of operation
• Ability to interpret and design sequences of operation
• Hands‑on commissioning and troubleshooting experience

• Experience with Metasys, Tridium/Niagara, Honeywell, Siemens, or Trane systems
• Prior experience supporting large commercial or industrial HVAC environments
• Exposure to pharmaceutical or manufacturing facilities

• Design and develop hardware design packages for HVAC equipment
• Review and create sequences of operation for building systems
• Work onsite with JCI equipment to commission systems
• Run system tests and validate performance of hardware and software
• Troubleshoot and resolve BAS/BMS software or controls issues
• Collaborate with engineering team on design improvements and system functionality
• Participate in training, shadowing, and knowledge-sharing opportunities
