# Engineer, Manufacturing Manufacturing Engineer needed on-site in Kenosha, WI to support high performance doors.

Essential Job Functions
* Manages plans, directs, coordinates optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes
* Ensures processes and operations function efficiently, safely and effectively
* Troubleshoots operations, revises drawing and process sheets, verifies conformance, trains operators
* Evaluation of existing processes to improve process flow
* Researching automation techniques, testing new systems and planning layouts for optimization
* Coordinates launch for new, revised products, processes and equipment
* Follows Continuous Improvement and Lean manufacturing principles

What we are looking for:
* Bachelors’ degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical/engineering field.  Masters Degree a plus.
* 3-5+ years of related experience, preferable in engineering
* 1-3+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or assembly processes preferred
* Experience designing, operating, troubleshooting, maintaining complex production machinery
* Significant "hands on the product" experience with ability to recognize problems, predict potential outcomes and implement countermeasures quickly to avoid problems
* Knowledge and use of CAD software (Solid Works is desirable)4
