CDM Smith seeks a Disaster Engineering Specialist to inspect sites, document infrastructure damage, and prepare scopes of work and cost estimates. You will review reports, designs, and as-built plans, and determine eligibility for claims, while supporting hazard mitigation analyses and benefit-cost studies.
You will coordinate with applicants through the program delivery and recovery stages, lead meetings, and relay final determinations.
