Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks an experienced Module Integration Engineer (MIE) for NS/PC 2nm GAA technology. You will own module health and FEOL integration, driving yield, reliability and performance improvements while mitigating production risk.
Collaborate with FE, MFG, QR, and cross-functional teams to solve NSPC issues and communicate with leadership. A strong background in FEOL integration and advanced nodes is required.
