Position: Patient Service Representative Float  Primary Care
Advocate Health Care - Up to $29.20/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Greets patients and visitors, answers calls, screens messages;
Registers patients; verifies insurance; collects co-pays, deductibles, and posts payments;
Schedules patient appointments and coordinates cancellations, reschedules, and additions to schedules;
Updates insurance, financial responsibility and other data; communicates changes to patient as appropriate;
Monitors patient flow to ensure efficient and courteous care; offers assistance such as transportation and directions
