Sheridan Health & Rehabilitation Center in Kenosha, WI is hiring a Wisconsin-licensed Nursing Home Administrator ready to lead with intensity, accountability, and ownership.

You will:

• Lead overall operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility

• Drive census growth and strengthen referral relationships

• Improve survey readiness and regulatory compliance

• Partner closely with the Director of Nursing to elevate clinical outcomes

• Reduce agency usage and control labor costs

• Develop department heads and build a strong leadership bench

• Own the P&L and hit operational targets
