This role is ideal for a skilled MRI Tech experienced in producing high‑quality diagnostic MRI imaging in a hospital or fast‑paced outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist

Perform high‑quality MRI scans according to physician and radiologist protocols
Operate MRI scanners safely and effectively while maintaining patient comfort
Thoroughly screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications
Position patients appropriately for optimal image quality
Administer contrast agents as required and observe for reactions
Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
Uphold MRI safety standards (RF, gradient, magnet‑zone rules)
Collaborate effectively with radiologists, nurses, and imaging staff

Requirements of the MRI Technologist

ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification
Active Wisconsin licensure (if required)
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years’ recent MRI experience
