Human Resources Manager

LHH is searching for a HR Manager on behalf of a local client. This role is 100% on-site in the Kenosha area.

• Review, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance.
• Support and lead HR initiatives, including employee development, engagement, and organizational planning.
• Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and employee relations.
• Manage HR systems, maintain accurate employee data, and support audits.
• Interpret HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Foster a strong, inclusive, and supportive culture across the workforce.
• Support required safety and quality standards for a manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; HR certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Skilled in employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
