Rate Range: $30/hour to $34/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Support Executive Job Responsibilities include:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, hardware, and enterprise IT applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs, virtual desktops, printers, servers, and mobile devices.
- Handle access requests and ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical incidents.
- Perform Windows patching and maintain workstation/server cybersecurity compliance.
- Monitor and support IT infrastructure while ensuring system performance and reliability.
- Deliver excellent customer support while maintaining documentation and adhering to IT service processes.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in desktop support or IT infrastructure support roles.
- Strong expertise in Tier 1/Tier 2 support, Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking.
- Experience in workstation/server patching, cybersecurity practices, and supporting enterprise IT environments with excellent customer service skills.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
