What You’ll Do

As a key member of our support team, you'll provide both walk‑up and remote technical support, ensuring employees remain productive and connected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional walk‑up support for employees requiring immediate technical assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Windows and Chrome-based devices.
  • Provide support for collaboration and meeting technologies, including Google Meet and Chrome for Meetings devices.
  • Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions using Service Now.
  • Configure, image, and deploy new devices for end users.
  • Lead PC refresh activities, ensuring seamless device transitions with minimal user disruption.
  • Support remote employees and provide timely issue resolution.
  • Manage hardware inventory, stockroom organization, and asset tracking.
  • Oversee asset lifecycle processes, including intake, deployment, retirement, and disposal.
  • Conduct weekly data center inspections to verify operational readiness, equipment health, and facility standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and elevate complex issues when needed.

  • Willingness to travel to nearby sites as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a Windows‑based enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with Service Now or similar ticketing and workflow management platforms.
  • Experience supporting audio/visual and collaboration technologies.
  • Knowledge of IT asset management and device lifecycle processes.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 35 pounds.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and movement between work areas.
  • Ability to navigate stairs and perform tasks requiring close visual attention and focus.

This is a full‑time position in a professional office environment. While much of the work is performed at a desk, the role includes hands‑on support activities that require movement throughout the workplace and occasional travel to support additional locations.
