Role Description s:
Technical/Functional Skills -
MUST HAVE SKILLS
1. Experience in Workstation and Basic Hardware Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
2. Ready to work in evening/night shift and provide on-call support for critical production issues
3. Excellent troubleshooting skills
4. Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
5. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
6. Strong customer-service orientation
7. Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
8. Ability to learn new technologies to perform day to day support operations
9. Basic knowledge of networking
10. Windows cyber security Management knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities 1. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support for various IT applications. Support Activities include:
- Basic PC Hardware Support
- Virtual Desktop/iPads/Printers/ IGELS/ Servers Support
2. Access Request Handling
3. Escalate issue to appropriate teams and follow up for closure
4. Patching of windows workstation/server 5. . Windows server/workstation cyber security Management
