This role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for various IT applications, including hardware and software troubleshooting, virtual desktop and printer support, and on‑call critical production issue handling.

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for various IT applications.
• Support basic PC hardware, virtual desktops, iPads, printers, IGELS, and server support.
• Handle access requests.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams and follow up for closure.
• Patch Windows workstations and servers.
• Manage Windows server/workstation cyber security.

• Experience in workstation and basic hardware Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
• Ready to work evenings/night shifts and provide on‑call support for critical production issues.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Maintaining high confidentiality and professionalism.
• Effective prioritization and execution of tasks.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Effective interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies for day‑to‑day support operations.
• Basic knowledge of networking.
• Experience with Windows cyber security management.

• Desktop management.
• Infrastructure services (IS).

4–6 years of relevant experience.
