As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of data to provide valuable insights and support decision‑making processes within the company. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from various sources, including sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools.
• Identify patterns and trends in data to provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to management.
• Use data visualization techniques to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a real estate or related industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
