Cyber Security Engineer

Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 (upon conversion)
Location: Ideally hybrid in Kenosha, WI (2-3 days onsite per week). The client is open to highly qualified remote candidates, particularly those within reasonable travel distance (e.g., Chicago) who can commit to occasional onsite visits a few times per quarter/year.

Overview

Our client is seeking to add two Cyber Security Engineers to their growing team. Historically, the organization has operated with a lean engineering staff comprised of "jack-of-all-trades" professionals. As the company continues to expand, they are investing in more specialized talent across their Infrastructure and Security teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Palo Alto Cortex
• Strong understanding of GRC programs and Cybersecurity Frameworks (CSF)
• Experience managing or supporting security awareness and phishing campaigns
• Familiarity with Zen Guide or similar security training platforms
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Endpoint security solutions
  • SIEM tools
  • Firewall technologies
  • Threat and vulnerability management programs

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $60.00/hr.
