Buyer, Supply Chain​/Logistics

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all sourcing activity for new or existing models
• Lead materials management for assigned components, commodities, materials, and parts
• Implement necessary purchasing activities
• Manage delivery and fulfillment of assigned areas
• Implement supply chain and vendor management measures to ensure cost, delivery, quality, and service expectations are met
• Coordinate inventory control for all assigned components, materials and parts
• Provide manufacturing and distribution support
• Lead purchasing administration activities for assigned areas

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related field preferred
• 3-5+ years experience working in a purchasing, material planning, supply chain management or inventory control function, preferably within a manufacturing, assembly, or other industrial environment
• 3+ years intermediate level ERP (JDE) experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs, CRM and ERP/JDE strongly preferred
