Shift Leaders are responsible for running a Domino’s Pizza store. Their duties include leading the team, maintaining high standards for customer service, and ensuring exceptional product quality. We are looking for top candidates who are adaptable, self‑motivated, and passionate about customer service. As a Shift Leader you will staff the store, manage costs, develop team members, and multitask in an energetic environment.

• Prepare all products to Domino’s Pizza specifications (pizza, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, sides)
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, using FIFO; lift and rotate stock; move soda to coolers; date all product
• Handle customer interactions: take phone calls, process in‑person orders at the front counter or pickup windows, provide carside delivery (bring food to the car in all weather conditions)
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation: sweep and mop, clean coolers interior and exterior, take out trash, wash dishes

Must be 18 years of age or older. Willing to deliver when needed.

• Leadership experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Restaurant experience: 1 year (preferred)

• Orientation and training provided on the job

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in‑person

• Perform basic math accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change; demonstrate verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing; use computer keyboard or touchscreen effectively

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, temperature ranges from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas, sudden temperature changes, food fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensing requirements include telephone communication, near and mid‑range vision for most tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

• Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand/eye coordination, use of tools and equipment
• Delivery duties: drive a vehicle, navigate maps, deliver to doorways, carry pizzas and beverages, traverse stairs, travel between store and vehicle, and deliver to customers in varying terrain

• Deliver product by car to customer doorstep; deliver flyers and door hangers
• Require a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards; access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery
