Bilingual Group Lead

Supervise a team of 30-50 associates in a warehouse environment. Responsible for the client relations and safety and quality focus of your team and the clients production goals.

+ 2nd shift and those hours would be 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM

Duties:

Responsible for:

+ Attendance reporting to client

+ Coaching associate performance

+ Safety and GMP compliance

+ Assist with associate concerns

+ Build rapport with client floor supervisors, line leads, etc.

+ Updating the applicant tracking system and managing associate timecards

+ Ensure client processes are followed to provide a safety focused environment producing the highest quality standards

Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.

Able to Lift 20 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
