Associate Supply Planner

Join Uline Inc. as an Associate Supply Planner supporting a high-volume wholesale distribution network. In this fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you'll analyze demand, inventory, and forecast data to maintain optimal stock levels across multiple distribution centers. Create and manage purchase orders, monitor lead times and safety stock, and coordinate with vendors and internal logistics teams to prevent stockouts and excess inventory. You'll prepare supply reports, support process improvements, and help ensure reliable product availability that sustains Uline's exceptional customer service and rapid delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, inventory, and forecast data to support supply planning decisions
• Create and maintain purchase orders to ensure adequate stock levels across distribution centers
• Monitor lead times, safety stock, and reorder points to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
• Coordinate with vendors and internal logistics teams to resolve supply issues and delays
• Prepare regular reports on inventory performance, fill rates, and key supply metrics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and tools
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to align supply with demand
• Maintain accurate data in planning systems and ensure adherence to planning standards
• Assist in new item setup and phase-in/phase-out inventory planning
• Identify risks in supply plans and recommend corrective actions
