The Division of Motor Vehicles is recruiting to fill a Field Services Supervisor (DOT Supervisor) located at the Kenosha Customer Service Center at 4911 88th Avenue, Suite A, Kenosha, WI 53144 and is required to work full time in the office.

Position SummaryThis DMV Field Services Supervisor position supervises the Kenosha Customer Service Center. This position is responsible for the administration of the driver license, motor vehicle registration, and programs at DMV service centers.
Responsibilities include:
assigning work schedules, reviewing financial reports including cash errors, identifying training needs, and approving leave requests.
Additional job duties include: analyzing issues for consideration in new legislation or division policies and plans, developing process improvement efforts, encouraging staff to achieve unit goals, conducting performance evaluations, handling discipline issues, developing and monitoring budgets, and special projects as assigned.
Salary InformationThis position is in schedule-range (81-03) with an annual salary of $69,680-$80,080, plus excellent benefits
. A twelve month probationary period is required. Pay for current state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan.

Any appointment made will be contingent on the applicant being able to prove valid status to work in the United States.

Saturday hours may be required.
Supervisors working in our Bureau of Field Services may perform driver license examining and will be required to possess a valid driver license or obtain one within 6 months of hire.
Supervisors are required to travel throughout their assigned service area on an independent and regular basis. Additionally, occasional independent travel throughout the state to attend meetings, trainings, and other individual assignments is also required.
