Burn Boot Camp Kenosha is seeking a passionate, dependable, and motivated General Manager to lead and support our team in delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our community. As the General Manager, you will play a key role in the overall success of our gym by managing operations, driving sales, supporting the growth of our team, and upholding Burn Boot Camp's core values.

• Leadership & Communication: Lead by example and foster a positive and inclusive environment for team members and clients.
• Run team meetings to align goals, share updates, and provide training.
• Operations & Management: Collaborate with the Lead Trainer and Lead Child Watch teammates to develop strategies for gym growth.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, cleanliness, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Run reports to track and analyze key performance metrics.
• Sales & Client Relations: Drive membership sales through effective communication, relationship-building, and follow-up.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Team Development: Recruit, hire, develop, and, if necessary, terminate Sales team members to ensure a strong and cohesive team.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to help team members succeed.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• 30-40 hours per week.
• Pay: $15 per hour.
• Must have open availability.
