Shift: Monday – Friday (6a-2p)
o 2nd

Shift: Monday – Friday (2p-10p)
o 3rd

Shift: Sunday – Thursday (10p-6a)

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate lamination equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Cross-train to operate all finishing assets within the Flexible Packaging department.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance and repairs; report any equipment issues to leadership.
• Follow quality system procedures to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications & Success Factors:

• Preferably 2+ years of laminating or machinery operation experience.
• Familiarity with basic quality systems and documentation practices.
• Willingness to work any shift and overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read a ruler down to 1/64".
• Physically able to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
