Brand-New, Highly Automated Manufacturing Facility | Kenosha, WI $20/hr + Shift Differential | Contract-to-Hire | Growth Opportunity We are partnering with a global packaging manufacturer that recently opened a state-of-the-art production facility in the Kenosha area. This highly automated operation is still in the early stages of expansion, creating an excellent opportunity for operators who want to get in on the ground floor and grow their careers as the facility continues to scale.
With additional expansion already underway and future leadership opportunities expected, this is a great fit for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn.
What You'll DoSet up and operate automated blow molding equipment used to manufacture industrial plastic containers
Monitor machine performance through computerized control systems
Adjust machine settings and production parameters as needed
Perform quality inspections including dimensional and wall-thickness checks
Remove and trim excess material from finished products
Maintain material flow and replenish production supplies
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate larger concerns when necessary
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For2+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with plastics manufacturing strongly preferred
Blow molding
Injection molding
Thermoforming
Plastic extrusion
Highly automated plastics production
Comfortable working with computerized equipment and production controls
Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, temperature controls, and automated machinery
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
Schedule
Training Period (2–6 Weeks)
Candidates must be flexible to work either training schedule:6:00 AM – 2:30 PM10:00 AM – 6:30 PMPermanent Shift After training, employees will move to one of the following shifts:2nd
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM3rd
