The Role

The Production Technician performs a wide variety of responsibilities requiring a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.

Pay: $24 - $26 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:30pm - 12:00am)

Location: Kenosha, WI

SPI provides hygienic pipe, valves, fittings, pumps, and heat exchangers to industrial companies and industrial service providers. What You’ll Do
  • Building crates and wooden boxes
  • Assist with cleanup of manufacturing area, buildings, grounds, and vehicle
  • Local pick‑up and delivery of vehicles, material, parts and equipment
  • Cleaning of parts for manufacturing
  • Removal of metal chip barrels
  • Assembly and disassembly of parts and equipment
  • Packing products for shipment
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Operating fork truck and scissor lift
  • Picking warehouse material
Education, Training & Experience
  • High school diploma required
  • Attention to detail
  • Good time management
  • Demonstrates initiative
  • Carpentry experience is preferred

Work Environment /

Physical Requirements

Standard workday for this role is 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. 30‑minute lunch/dinner break.

This is an on‑site, hands‑on role in a manufacturing environment.

  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the shift
  • Lifting and moving materials up to 75 lbs (with assistance)
  • Use of close, distance, and peripheral vision with strong attention to detail
  • Exposure to typical grinding and polishing conditions (noise, dust, etc.)
  • Required use of PPE including gloves, safety glasses, and steel‑toe boots
